guy by experience. The CPIM behind Doug's name tells you that he knows his
stuff. With over 25 years of practical experience in many different
settings, Doug has pretty much seen it all. Somehow this experience hasn't
jaded him yet as his love of operations continues. Doug is not a sales guy and
is not looking to add that to his resume.

customer service, manufacturing and distribution. Jim has extensive experience in
operations as well, spending much of his past 20 years streamlining the supply
chain of a major furniture manufacturer. Jim is not a sales guy either.
